Girlfriend asked for a lot of money then ghosted me, now has a new bf. What's going on?
So I'm dating this girl for 14 months. It's not serious we go out once a week. She invited me to her crib to cook dinner for me but I never stayed the night. We were not living together or engaged. She's in her early 40s like me but with the figure of a 21 year old. Month 12 she starts asking me for financial help, small amounts here and there to pay bills (she is broke and up to her ass in credit card debt). I made her car payment and bought her some new clothes. Then month 14 she tells me she needs to "borrow" $9,000 to pay credit cards and car loan she is behind on. I tell her "no" politely. Next few days I get 100% ghosted. She has disappeared. Never speaks to me again. Then 3 weeks later I find out she dating a new guy (who drives a new BMW). Oh and I see pics of her on social media with this guy she's driving the car I made the payment on wearing the clothes I bought her. I almost busted my computer screen.
I just feel used and thrown away. All I did for this girl (work around the house, taking her out, etc) and she just ghosts me.
I mean wtf. Would a girl just string me along for 14 MONTHS for a payday? Since she found a new guy in 3 weeks did she prob have him lined up while she was still with me? Most important, would any guys here ever give a girl that kind of money?

3. Early afternoon she text me, says "I'm at home all alone, kids are at school, I'm all by myself". Now I'm thinking booty call right? So I text her back I can come over in 10 mins and she replied "no, it's ok, you don't have to come over".
4. She was constantly verbally flattering me.
It's easy to look back at this now and say 'red flag' but at the time I was happy with her. Any insight would be appreciated.
