I work in a dirty, foundry-like envirionment, which has been causing unwanted acne. I've tried countless face washes. Suggestions?

I normally will get a pimple or two during the week but since starting this job it's gotten way worse. My neckline and forehead getting it the worse. I'm looking for tips on how I can clear this up. Maybe some special face wash designed for men who work dirty jobs?
